“ Des plats vraiment rafraîchissant dans le mouvement de la nouvelle cuisine mettant en avant des ingrédients simples, de saison et du terroir, mais sublimés !!! On mange autant avec ka bouche que les yeux. Accords de vins impeccables d'autant plus que proposés en petites quantités. Cadre superbe : ce soir d'été, on mange dans le jardin du prieuré, entourés par les herbes et fleurs servies à table. Peu de tables, ce qui permet un service individuel de qualité et personnalisé. A recommander !!! ”
